Biography

Peter Gleeson was an international accredited facilitator in personal and organisational development, ranging from conflict resolution in South and East Africa to lecturing at the " Regina Mundi " university in Rome. He trained as a psychotherapist in Bristol and London and developed his skills as a gestalt psychologist when working with Professor Petruska Clarkson. He developed as an expert in cognitive behavioural group work and introduced programmes to the criminal justice system and to the psychiatric care services. Mind Gliding has given Peter the opportunity to contribute to the success of business organisations: The programmes he developed focus on people's inter-action in their relationships with each other and in the systems (organisations) in which they operate.

Peter had a great deal of teaching/lecturing experience presenting the '5 Relationship Model' for the Open University Business School in Milton Keynes, his Personal Development Programme at Regina Mundi University in Rome, Communications at the Broadstairs' Campus Business School of the Canterbury Christ Church University and teaching the special interest groups in self-development at Thanet College. Peter played an important role in the Jersey Trans-Atlantic rowing race (BBC Radio and the Jersey Evening Post) and bringing together primary schools in East Kent with schools in Uganda and Kenya.
